FouldsCRM Workshop Cornwall: CRM & Email Marketing

In the past two weeks, I was lucky enough to run three workshops on CRM and email marketing discussing the need to focus more on the existing client base as well as to stop the one mailer fits all attitude.

The first workshop took place in the Carbis Bay hotel under the umbrella 'Maximise your Potential' with Helen Boss from Smart Marketing Success and Graham Eva who runs GE Licensing Solutions. Helen was talking about the need to embrace TripAdvisor, Graham gave advice on licensing issues and I talked about the importance of CRM including segmentation and personalisation.

A few days later, I attended the digital marketing workshop organised by the Cornwall Trade Network. Chris Hambly gave a very in depth analysis of SEO friendly websites while I introduced the crowd to email marketing and my mantra Keep It Short & Simple in regards to newsletters.

Last week, ExpoWest took the south west by storm and again, I was fortunate enough to present my thoughts on CRM and email marketing in Cornwall in association with Delicate Trade
I am hoping to continue to run workshops either with the group 'Maximise your Potential' or with FouldsCRM and post more about future events.
